   Received these shoes yesterday and tried them on. I wore them around the house for a few hours, they felt very comfortable no break in needed and leather very soft. The insoles very supportive and comfortable.

   My husband, who often wears Ecco, bought these in his usual size and was disappointed that this pair was too wide for his normal-width foot. Other than the width, the shoes were good quality and comfortable.

   I’m entirely pleased with this shoe. The fit is probably perfect for the plus half-size indicated for the range. Since I normally wear the smaller full size indicated for the range, I was able to get a perfect with by inserting the very inexpensive Double Air-Pillo Insoles by Dr. Scholl’s below the provided insole.

   Super comfortable dress shoes that I can wear with a sport coat or with jeans. Don’t make my feet hurt (and I have plantar fac). Highly recommend.

   These are fantastic dress shoes! They’re so comfortable and good looking they could be used in James Bond fight scene! The staff at Zappos really delivered in a pinch to get me the perfect shoes for my daughter’s wedding.

   The shoe i got was not the color of the shoe in the picture and the toe is way more pointy than in the picture. I really wanted to order another pair of what i had which are the Holton apron toe tie shoe. But doesn’t look like you have those any more. Before those I had the Boston Apron Tie shoe. Seems like you keep getting rid of the shoes I like and replace them with uglier and uglier shoes. Couldn’t answer any of your fit questions because the shoes are so ugly i didn’t see the worth in trying on a shoe that i will be sending back. The answers i did put under fit are only because your system won’t accept my review without some answer.

   My husband loved this shoe! “Very comfortable” he said. And he is very fussy about a comfortable shoe. He is wearing it with a tux for our son’s wedding. Our son approved! Guess no longer is one required to wear the shiny patent leather. At least this is a shoe he can wear with suits other than tux.

    The size was 42 which corresponds to US 8 – 8 1/2 but felt more like a 9.
