I was initially concerned because these shoes do not have a removable insole liner. I wear orthotic inserts and normally have to remove the liners and replace with my orthotics. I wore these around the house for two days to try them out and they feel really good – even without the orthotics. I’ve decided to keep them and wear them as is. I like the feel. The toe-box is a little wider and that feels good.

I really liked the way these shoes look. I normally pull out the insole liners and replace them with orthotics. These insoles cannot be removed. The insoles provided have what I thought would be enough support to get by without the orthotics but they don’t. I have chosen to keep them for events and outings that involve less walking as I know my feet will pay the price. I’ve worn Ecco’s for 15+ years – probably 15 different pairs. These are the first duds. So it goes.
