46 is a great size for me, I own some 20 yo ECCOs and I guess at least in this case I can trust the consistency of sizing over many years. I wouldn’t consider them particularly handsome with the squared off toe but I like them, sort of a mood, they look big and clunky but don’t feel that way, they feel terrific and are now my go-to take a several mile walk in the evening shoes. Great for being on your feet all day.

Consistent with old pair of 46 Seawalkers I have Love the “sort of a mood” comment no, they’re aren’t particularly handsome but they sure are functional. I can take a daily 3-4 mile evening neighborhood walk in my “dress” shoes with day long comfort. Nice to not have to wear athletic shoes to take a walk.

Excellent fit. I usually wear orthotic arch supports, but these shoes have good enough built-in arch support that for most uses I don’t need them.

These run large. I normally wear a size 9 in most shoes, but I required an 8.0-8.5 in these. It’s an excellent shoe, light weight and comfortable.

About right. My Ecco sneakers are half a size smaller, but maybe because they are broken down.

When I look for dress shoes Ecco is one of the brands I search for, affordable, nice, comfortable, and long lasting, these check the boxes. My son is starting his first career job and we wanted to help him with his first round of suits and shoes and the black and mocha were perfect!
