My husband wears a 9.5. I ordered a size up and they are too big. I didn’t know how to order the size. The box was thrown away so can I still exchange the shoe????

Nice looking comfortable loafers made of nice materials. However, European to US size charts are way off, resulting in me having to twice, send back shoes to get the right size. I take a US size 7.5 and ended getting the proper fit from what was described as a US size 5.5 to 6.5!!!!
