Way too small and the material seemed very inexpensive for such an expensive shoe. Cute look, but not worth the money and the sizing was way off.

They fit really narrow and because the footbed is too narrow, there are no support at the sides. The leather is good quality and they are nice shoes but that’s all. They fit much narrower than my older Eccos.

I loved the style, and the green color is great for summer. The white laces looked good, but they were a natural fabric that seemed likely to absorb and collect dirt. I’d probably replace them with a polyester blend. The shoe’s length fit true to size with an extra 1/2 inch in the front. But even though my feet are wide, the heel was slipping up and down and back and forth, even with mid-weight socks. This created such an unstable feeling that, sadly, I am returning them.

Great shoes — thicker, more shock absorbent sole than the original Soft sneakers. I ordered the coral and they looked much more pink than the website depicted. I thought they’d lean more toward orange and couldn’t get on board with the more salmon color that arrived.

I don’t know what has happened at ECCO. They used to be my go to shoe company. The tongue on these shoes was way too long and dug into my leg.

I usually love Ecco sneakers, but these were a miss for me. I wear a 6.5 in Ecco, and they were definitely at least a half size too small. I would have ordered them in a larger size, but the tongue of the sneaker is very stiff and it digs into your leg as you walk. They were definitely not “soft” as the name implies, so I returned them. This is the first time I’ve tried lace-up sneakers from Ecco since I usually wear the slip-on styles, so I’m unsure whether this problem is an anomaly.

This Ecco size is way off compared to other sneakers and boots by them. This sneaker is well made as usual. However, I must return them.
The tongue is very long, it hit the bottom of my leg, it was uncomfortable.

I really wanted to love these shoes. Cute and comfortable but way too big. They were a European 35, which should be a 4-4.5. they felt more like a 5-5.5. sadly they’re going back.
