Shoes are great. I am very upset that I was way overcharged. you did credit me some money but not hte full amount as if I went through Ecco directly. I have bought shoes from you in the past and did request more credit to continue earning my business. I never heard back so therefore will likely never use Zappos again

These shoes were a full inch bigger than my other ECCO shoes. Disappointed in their sizing. Had to send back.
