At Modern Fashion Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or any intimate footwear items. Additionally, customized or special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

USAWe recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Processing: Once received, our team will inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
For international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
