Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) may experience additional delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Modern Fashion Shoes purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks
  • Insoles
  • Any intimate footwear items
  • Customized or special order items (unless defective)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Item details you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • If exchanging, specify preferred size/color
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage in original packaging with all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. International refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify preferred size/color
  3. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
  3. In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring return

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
